Returns

  • We want you to be happy with your purchased items. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly refund or exchange the items, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, within 60 days of purchase.
  • If in the unlikely event that an item received is defective, we will gladly refund or exchange the item if the fault is reported within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • Should an item be found to be defective within 6 months of receipt of, e.g. zip failure, press studs falling off, we will repair or replace the product, provided the prescribed number of garments per person have been purchased.
  • Delivery discrepancies to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Shipping

  • Shipping is free to any address in Kempton Park.
  • Shipping Fee: Please note that orders below R1000.00 excl. VAT will carry a delivery charge of R99 excl. VAT (from 1 June 2022) . Should your order exceed R1000.00 excl. VAT, it will be shipped free of charge.
  • Please note the Shipping Fee applies only to destinations within South Africa. If your delivery address is based outside of South Africa your delivery fee will be calculated once your order is received and then quoted on.

VAT

  • VAT will be charged on orders where applicable as set out by the South African Revenue Services. VAT on the web order may change.

Cheques

  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to cheque fraud, cheques are NOT accepted as payment. Any deposits made by cheque into our bank account will be subject to a mandatory 15 working day waiting period to ensure funds have cleared, before any stock will be dispatched.

COVID-19 Specific Regulations

  • Customers and all residents within the immediate vicinity must wear a cloth face mask or a homemade item that covers the nose and mouth when receiving goods from courier and delivery personnel.
  • Customers must maintain at least one and a half metres distance from courier and delivery personnel.
  • Customers are encouraged to disinfect goods using guidelines published by the National Department of Health and those provided by retailers
