Returns or Exchanges

Please follow the below procedure to have your exchange or return processed as expediently as possible:

Where an item is faulty or significantly different, you are entitled to an exchange. Please return the item unused, within 7 working days of receipt. Only items with a production fault or inherent defect will be exchanged.

Please note that when doing an exchange or return, you acknowledge the risks around COVID-19 and as such indemnify Sapphire Corporate Solutions and its partners in their efforts to assist with your return or exchange.
